I simple change to Morg's black shield that I think would be fair.

It could just give the recipient 100% tenacity while the shield is up and block the next spell effect that isn't affected by tenacity.

..and her Q could be a little narrower to match the particle for the sake of clarity.

This is coming from someone who plays and enjoys Morgana a lot.
