At least until this new tank busting rune is out. People complain about tank meta now but when you kill off tanks, out comes the assassin meta.

We may not have it fresh in our memories and new players may not have experienced it yet..but it's a way worse kind of hell that you don't want to experience.

I don't think the tank busting rune is a good enough reason to hold off, simply because there is a limit to the number of champs that can use that rune effectively.

In games where no one is using that rune, cinderhulk still needs balance. I'm not really trying to weigh in on whether or not it needs that right now, but if it doesn't, it's not because of the new rune.
