Akali really needs a buff

Akali's winrate is 46%... and her best winrate (the win percentage of games played on the champion by summoners with highest elo and best performance this season. Max of 50 summoners used per region with a minimum of diamond V and 50 games played to be eligible.) is a measly 54%. Lets compare this to aphelios and ekko who have had a best winrate over 60% patch after patch. Akali needs to be tankier or a better assasin. She doesnt do either well and is useless late game. stop saying her shroud is op all u need to do is shoot a fire hose of CC at it which happens every other game now because of how prevalent it is and she is useless.
