League charged with homicide of akali
I am confused why Akali is getting nerfed. I look at the data for season 9 pro play in LPL, LCK, LEC, LCS, and akali's winrate is 54% with 426 picks. Xayah has a 54% winrate with 515 picks... Sylas has a 53% winrate with 510 picks and you give him a buff????????? Lissandra, gragas, rakan have over 400 picks each with a 55-56% winrate. Skarner and qiyana were picked significantly less, but boast crazy winrates (56% and 60% respectively).
Is akali overtuned? sure.
Why tf do you have to make her ult targetable though? She will HAVE to run hourglass 3rd item now and that is so goddamn boring. What if I want to pick 
because I am ahead 
to deal with some some sustain monster

I do not have much to contribute for nerfs, everyone seems to hate the idea of damage nerfs but I dont think that would be the craziest thing ever. Q could do less damage vs minions? Sometimes it is to easy to press lead by shoving wave and roaming with ult.
Please, for the love of God, do not make her ult targetable though. That takes out A LOT of the fun and a lot of cool outplay from akali. I think its so cool I can ult to the side away from the tanks front line, hit e on the adc behind said tanks, and follow in with e then ult adc. Now I have to run up to the adc (impossible with tanks and cc fire hoses) and be forced into a predictable direction for ult......... and then wait to use 2nd part of ult. imma have to flash the adc, ult, hourglass so I dont get chain cc'd into next game, then e closer to adc, and finish ult.
It sets a terrible precedent coming out with all of these skins for akali, which i bought because I am a noob, and i put so much time into her and now youre going to completely force me to change my gameplay with her WHEN SHE ISNT EVEN BUSTED LIKE SET EKKO QIYANNA YOUR NEW BABIES.

P.S.S. in pro play season 10 in top 4 leagues... the most picks is 32 on miss fortune for reference. Braum has 27 picks and a 57% winrate...... and Morde has 19 picks at 58% winrate..... gragas 12 picks 75% winrate, renek 11 picks 73% winrate, rakan 9 picks 100% winrate. These guys are all OP. Obviously I would let season play out before nerfing them, but can we please think of a new nerf for akali though besides changing how she will be played.... Come on man.
