So anyone else having issues in gold/low plat with bot lanes that wont stop fighting no matter what?

So basically just seeing if a majority of people are also experiencing this sudden wave of adc's that wont stop dying atleast 13 times before the 22 min mark. I know people have their bad games, but lately i look people up on op.gg after games and these people have so many games in a row where they consistently feed, to the point where i dont think this is one of those "Oh they just had a bad game" scenarios. Again like i said im not looking for people who've had an adc do bad in a recent game, i am talking about going 6 games in a row or 10 games out of 12 with bot lanes that just play like they have no clue how to lane or play the game/champ in general. Anyone have a clue as to whats happening? seems like a feeding adc plague has brought itself upon league.
