Otherwise it's broken. Just kidding. It's pretty funny.

Have you guys noticed that when you clear an icon in the jungle (like when dragon gets taken) and you have no vision that you get the time "- -:- -"? Cool trick, if you watch for when said missing icon with unclear time respawns on the map, you get the time it respawns because the icon reappears. So even if you don't see someone take dragon, you can be there (if you stare) in time to snatch it anyway. If you want to abuse an enemy jungler, ward the buff you know they got first and wait for the icon to reappear- then go kill them. Seriously, is this intended? I'm not complaining (because I've used it do said things), I just want to know.
