Viktor and Syndra need buffs asap.

Syndra just got some minor buffs and she's spiked up to a top-tier pick in the higher ranks. Ruh-roh. The devs will hopefully be looking at retuning her in ways that hit the higher tiers the hardest and maybe buff her for the lower ranks, but knowing them, they're likely going to gut her while they work on a long-term fix. Or make her broken for Worlds and gut her after so only the pro players get to enjoy her. Who knows.

Viktor was very recently an oppressive top laner that could definitely see some buffs to his midlane gameplay, but he's really not a priority. His winrate isn't awful and any buffs could send him right back to the top lane, which is not something the devs will do right before Worlds.

In short, don't expect the devs to make any meaningful changes to problematic mages until after Worlds is over.
