Don't write anything in chat. Even , "good job" will be used against you. Also, don't go 0-30 on purpose or go afk so your team can lose. No Chat = No Ban 100% of the time unless you actually grief the team by going 0-30 or afk.

League wants players to only say positive things, while punishing the negatives such as; you're a bad adc, should have just played support. You could get banned for that if you typed more neutral-stuff such as talking about your day etc.

This is inaccurate. The system doesn't go by report number, but rather by behavior in games you're reported in. If the behavior is fine, the report doesn't count against you.
I've specifically requested my chat/report history from Riot before. I had a surprising quantity of reports for what my behavior was, and my account wasn't punished. I reliably crack jokes, talk about casual stuff, and type a solid amount. Never had a problem of any kind.

I've been banned for saying good job and nice play before. Riot said I was being "sarcastic" but there is literally zero evidence of that. You can't prove sarcasm through text.

I could have appealed it most likely, but it was a smurf so I just switched accounts. The point is, no one should be getting banned for possible sarcasm. Never in my life have I seen a game that bans players for that besides League, and I've played well over 300 games in my time.

League of Lepers3 votesYou did not get banned for saying "good job" and you know it, I know it, and everyone else knows it. Algorithms are not perfect, but no Riot algorithm would ban you for saying good job even if your entire team reported you for saying it.
You get banned for saying certain words and phrases that are ban-worthy and for being continually reported at a higher percentage than other players. I have a friend who has had 10 (not exaggerating) accounts banned from LoL. He whines about Riot banning everyone and yet I have had exactly 0 accounts banned and I talk in chat all of the time. If you get banned you deserve it.
