Ok so I currently main hec and i always go for a nuclear crit build but i can decide which is better infinity edge or stattik shiv ie obviously for more burst so lots of damage but there's stattik shiv that gives you burst from the passive also from the 5% movement speed it gives you so which is better? Also is phantom dancer any good on hec?

Sire Hippington2 votesTBH, i think Crit isn't that great on heca ever since Trinity and Yomuun's lost their crit. I usually run with a built similar to _Michael702 _, though usually with an early glory, especially if snowballing. it's really massive burst on the E without relying on rng for it, it gives a shit tonn of mobillity so you rush in like the cruise missle you are, and you still are atleast somewhat tanky. Replaceing either glory or DMP with warmongs also works, rush in, get the kill or atleast a good chunk+flash, then rush out with stormraiders and watch warmongs do it's work while you wait for your E to come off cd for another round.
