ranked is broken

i played most of her first 10 games with her, shes a great player. won 8 of 10 games and got placed into bronze 3. most of my friends that are good players too got put into bronze class, i myself got put into bronze 4 after 6 wins 4 losses, 1 game had a feeder, another an afk, 2 were just they were better than us (cant win all games all the time can you?) yet were being punished for this and i think its unfair. plz do something about this. in case her name doesnt show up on the link go search PTXfan
