Showing off in Coop vs Ai doesn't make you special

How are new people supposed to practice getting any kills if you get that 1 or 2 people that are "practicing" spamming 25+ kills? I've even seen players bring their max rank champions to and just to spam kills and let others sit around like they don't even exist. If you're getting that many kills at this point, you're ready for PvP so please by all means stay the hell out, you aren't impressing shit. There's fucking training mode for a reason.

I'm pretty sure near enough everyone that's above 30 that play Co-op vs AI do so to complete a mission or for the first win of the day. No one cares about "showing off" in a mode where the AI is dumber than a stack of bricks.

The Yasuo who's got 25+ kills, isn't there to complete a mission, hes there to show off.

I sometimes go into co-op vs AI to get my first win of the day when I don't have time for a regular game. I'll do so on my best champs and rack up loads of kills on the bots because it helps me win faster. Occasionally I'll go bots to complete other missions as well, when I don't think I'll be able to play enough PvP games to get the missions complete on time.

Finally, I have some high-mastery champions that I haven't played in a long time. I've gone bots to test them out when they get buffed or have a new build path or w/e just to get a feel for them again (last hitting, combos, etc...). Again, once I've got it down, I want to crush the bots and finish fast.

Thats the fucked up part. The fact that people are coming to crush these bots like twigs, leaves no room for new players to develop at all. I remember back in S2, practicing in bots felt like a pvp simulator, now it feels like a "how to get all your kills stolen by a show off" simulator. Like a new person, should feel excited getting a kill they are working for, not to have it come stolen by an ass Yasuo with enough kills to feed a nation. That demolishes a new players hopes and makes them feel like they couldn't earn even a fucking single kill.

Maybe a better solution would be to change matchmaking depending on level? Sounds like a good compromis to me.

When I bring my mastery 7 champs into a Co-op vs. AI game and run around killing everything, it isn't to show off. Usually it is because:

  • I just want to have fun running around and facestomping silly bots
  • I am playing with lower level friends who don't want to play PvP
  • I am trying to complete an event mission quickly
  • Or I am strapped for time and want my first win of the day bonus

It's not trying to show off. It's not trying to 'steal' kills. I am there to have fun. Sitting patiently and farming against AI isn't fun. Killing them is.

Get of your high horse dude, lol.

You are bragging about the wrong issue. Botting is much more of a problem. Unlike experienced players they can lose you games.
