Quarterback Poppy?
I mean everything about poppy screams a football player.
The main things that can relate: Poppy can ram into people, charge at people, and her passive can be her tossing a football instead of a shield

The only thing is that outside of NA no one would have a clue what the skin was. Maybe rugby poppy? With the Ruck and Maul? It could work. Though where the hammer would fit in I wouldn’t know.

The only thing a quarterback does out of the things you listed is throw a football. Linebacker would fit her much better.
