QSS & ZED- they can finally nerf his early game as he's relevant late game

Only it won't happen. Zed's complete lack of strategical niche among assassins means he is only ever worth picking if he is broken, and as experience tells Rito doesn't really like for Zed to not be worth picking.

They will wrist-slap him at best, or they won't do s$%% at all because "they already nerfed him so many times this year, and change didn't work out as bad as one could expect".
