Tiny play rates means no one cares. If I play a champ 3 times in ranked and win all 3 times and get a 100% win rate does not suddenly mean that champ is broken because I have a 100% win rate with them.

It has a 0.17% play rate. That means if a competent Rek'Sai player is cheesing out and playing her as Support, even if they win like half of their games, the sample pool is so insignificantly small that the data will be grossly skewed.

Upon further investigation, that is only for Platinum+ elo and with a VERY low pick rate at that.
