It's not fair to play against, is just so dumb how he gets 600 AD with 3 items. Is like everybody plays jhin, destroys botlane.. there's are a lot of things (it's like everything is super powerful, starting to think bans are useless..) I cant ban everything.. riot should really take a look at that champ.
He could do with a small tap, he is a bit too strong right now imo.

All adcs need a nerf now that they'll never get. We had a supremely limited time with a little bit of bot lane diversity and riot just killed it already. All of that talk of having something other than marksman adc every single game and they enforce it as much as they can.
Ridiculous.
I think he should be more weak only in the early phase.
He isn't suffering that much compared to the other adc.
Also most of the adc winrate come from 
and his ms sinergy.
Btw celerity nerf will hit his late game like it will do on jinx and other adc.
