Alright So for awhile now we've had Hecarim top, arguments can be made that its broken, others say he needs buffs anyways.

Then theres the famous TP SMITE top, for the red smite/cinderhulk combo, for example on Shyvana, some say its broken, some say its easy to deal with.

Alright so two semi strong but doable things to deal with. Or so you thought. Take a look at this video and let me show you just how broken hecarim is with SMITE TP.

As you can see in the Video, he has boots, Cinderhulk/redsmite and Triforce at 20 minutes, later on in the game hes lv 18 and only 1 item away from max build while the rest of the enemy team is lv 11-13 with only 2-3 completed items. I mean, all he did was powerfarm for 20 minutes. He had zero kill participation in those 20 minutes.
