About Fervor

When the preseason hit, Riot said they made Fervor give AD instead of on-hit because they wanted it to be better for champs based less on autos for extended trades because it "suppresses" anything that's not on-hit for sustained physical damage.

Now, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not (I don't think it is because the description for Fervor was changed in the mastery page), but Fervor no longer procs on anything but autos. It seems like a weird move to change Fervor to give non-auto based champions a buff, and in the same patch, make it pretty much unusable for anything except champs who build attack speed.

It seems to only stack from Autos now. Which really bugs me because if you're in an extended fight with an ability-intensive champ you can lose the stacks so quickly if you go for an ability over an auto.
