About Mage's Grievous Wounds

So the only source of Grievous Wounds [GW] for mages is Morellomonicon for 3000g. Since it has been changed to be consistent with AD items, I would like to point out that our counterparts have access to Executioner's Calling for a mere 800g if they want an early GW.

I feel like instead of Blasting Wand, Morello should build from a different item that gives AP + GW for 3secs (similar to how Executioners gives AD + GW) and the final item's debuff should be changed to 5secs (similar to Mortal Reminder)
