Can Morgana actually look like her splash art?

Her in-game model looks NOTHING like her (updated) splash art. Her dress looks like rusted pieces of metal put together, her wings look like rotten tree branches instead of tattered feathers, and her skin tone is similar to Frankenstein's.

Morgana has one of the most outdated models especially when compared to the rest of the champion roster's classics. She'll look completely out of place on the updated Summoner's Rift if she doesn't get some kind of VU before then :l

I'm aware that she has some of the better skins in the game (I personally own Ghostbride and soon, Victorious) but I don't think that's an excuse for her classic in-game model to be complete shit.

I'm also aware that a few other champions could use a visual/texture update; and a lot have already gotten theirs. (i.e )

I think she deserves to be next in line.
