Pick delay during champion select
Can riot make a 10 sec delay before any1 can pick a champion? i think this is an easy fix for instalockers and some failed games becouse of tham?

That's... an odd request. Unless you're only talking about blind, that'd completely contradict draft's pick mechanic, and become a rather unnecessary issue. If it's in regards to blind, I feel like it wouldn't absolve the issue, since people can still instalock after that brief period of waiting is over.
