So ive played league lastly at season 4 i think and now i started again. Currently im lv20 and 90% of my games are won/lost becouse of afk/troll/nocoop, mostly afk. the other 10% are a miracle from god i guess. I wuld like to ask you guys how do you deal with this? Does it get better when you get to ranked or atleast at higher lv`s in normal? Im asking becouse i see posts of people complaining that ranked is also infested with afkers and such. And as i remember before ranked was like the golden chicken, people were serious at ranked. And i plan as soon as i hit 30 to go ranked and have serious games. I have fun when there is coop, and team manouvering and play, but as i see most people at this stage just want to get them killz noob talk the rest and traashtalk when we lose. Its like they have mistaken lol for a mmo where the game is character oriented altho in dungeons its again team oriented. Overall whats the situation with lol season8? I really like how they have changed the skills of the champs. Feels more clean, and thoughtout.

Early levels can really be a toss up. You have a lot of botted accounts leveling, and a lot of people leveling secondary accounts, so they dont really care. Get to 30+ and it should normalize.

Season 8 is pretty high powered. The loss of the old rune system means that most champs are more squishy. They did a slight increase to a lot of champs resists, but if you were a tank or a fighter, you didnt get the full 9/12 armor/mr that you would have got from runes. Some didnt get any, which leaves penetration a LOT stronger vs squishies.

Some of the runes are also high powered. Electrocute does a lot more damage than TLD did, but has a longer cooldown. So it's better for all ins, but not neraly as good for lane poke. A lot of high value runes, too. Like Inspiration gives you free boots at 10min, and a stopwatch (One time use Zhonya's effect).

It's a pretty volatile meta right now. It's both fun and frustrating.

i dont really mind how they change it, im more cncerned bout these trolls, and smurfs.. so i guess will have to w8 to 30.

Do not go into ranked as soon as you hit 30. just save yourself and other players the time and effort please!. Practice a bit then go in.

If you do not listen to my advise, you will be met with justifiable Anger from your team, all the time. Why? cause it's not fair that yet again because a lvl 30 goes straight into ranked and has no real clue on what to do.
