Potential Dead Man's Plate build path rework

As most of you probably know,next patch a couple of items are getting removed next patch,like Zz'Rot Portal and Ohmwrecker,and since Raptor Cloak doesn't build into anything anymore,it will get removed as well.However,I feel like this would be a really good chance for riot to implement Raptor Cloak into another item,and what better item than on Dead Man's Plate.

Now you may ask ''but is that the change DMP needs to be built by more champions again?'',and honestly,I think the answer is YES.Let me explain why.If you swap Chain Vest for Raptor Cloak into the DMP build path a couple of things happen.First off,Raptor Cloak does not get removed because it now has an item to build into,which means champions like Singed,Sion,Udyr and Darius,who all build Raptor Cloak to some extent do not get indirectly nerfed by the removal of it.This means that they still keep their movement speed component to carry them through the mid game with the speed,because really you take Raptor Cloak so you can outrun almost anyone at the early and mid game stages.Secondly,the champions that already build DMP will feel a lot better once you complete it.Skarner builds DMP,and I'm pretty sure he would much rather have 20% movement speed while defending/tower diving someone with his ult than 10 more armor,not to mention the 125% hp regen on it,which affects talisman healing in the jungle,which makes his clearing slightly healthier,which means better ganking opportunities,and that means better snowball potential,and that leads to more objective control and etc etc...The same goes for Warwick.In his case,his ult gains extra distance while near turrets,which leads to better ganking,which leads to a lot more things that I won't repeat again.Another example would be Olaf.He could ultimate under turret and have his Ragnarok speed and Raptor Cloak speed,making him a lot less kitable.They are very small changes,but they can can impact the game in a bigger way.I just listed 7 champions here that use either Raptor Cloak or DMP in their builds,and there's a lot more!Other examples include,but are not limited to:Nasus,Pyke,Garen,Volibear,Yorick,Rammus,and others.Those are just the ones I could think of right now.Granted,not all of them use DMP or Raptor Cloak in every single build of theirs,but it would be used a lot more often if the speed from Raptor Cloak and DMP was combined.

In case you were wondering why I actually decided to make this post,it's because I'm a Darius one trick pony,and Raptor Cloak is an extremely beneficial item for him.It would really hurt his overall early and mid game impact should it be removed,and the proposed change would be a welcomed change to an item that isn't really used unless you build BOTH Raptor Cloak and Dead Man's Plate.There was also another guy by the name of Scarfang,who made a post about this for the exact same reason,so I will give him credit where it's due,because I could have never made this post if I hadn't seen another player make a similar one,so you should go check his post out as well.I included the link to his post if you're curios to see what he has to say.
