Nimbus Cloak gives no movement speed!

Nimbus Cloak doesn't currently doesn't give any movement speed when you ult.The sound goes off,the animation goes off,but you don't gain any movement speed.I don't play a lot with the rune myself,but I can imagine that it can be pretty frustrating for the people that do and wonder why they don't get any movement speed.If you can,please report this bug.I already did once and I know there's no point in just spamming it over and over again.

Wait.... this explains why it never felt useful on Swain in ARAM recently. Going to quickly test in practice.

EDIT: Yeah, can confirm, took Nimbus, moved and pressed R and movement speed went from 335 to 335. Sad times.

Same with Fiora and Vlad, I wasn't noticing the speed boost I usually get.
