Cloud Dragon gives Udyr absolutely nothing when he takes it!

So I was looking through the pbe changes and I saw that riot wants to give Shyvana faster fury gains when she gets a cloud dragon,because her ult cooldown is based on her fury,so the faster she gets to 100 fury,the sooner she gets her ult.That's great and all,but why isn't there an Udyr change like this?Udyr will be,after this change,the only champion that gains absolutely NOTHING from taking cloud dragon,and I have tested every single champion with some sort of shapeshift ability or low cooldown ultimate,those being:Zoe,Kassadin,Anivia,Jayce,Elise and Nidalee.They all get their ultimtes reduced,but Udyr is the only champion that doesn't get anything.Sure,he can use the dragon soul as long as he has one point in his phoenix stance,but if the player decided they don't want to put a point in it so they fully max the other three,then it's also worthless.Riot can make it so he gets 2.5% cooldown reduction on each ability so it evens out at 10% total,or make it so he gets an extra skill point per dragon,or hell,give him extra stats.It wouldn't totally work,especially the first suggestion since you can have 1 ability with no points in it,but something is better than nothing.

The problem with additional max cdr on udyr is if he manages to get it, he becomes REALLY REALLY STRONG. Even on urf he was one of the most solid cheese champions if he got in range due to his Q. Nonetheless, I find your idea not that broken, so I think it might be ok.

The big thing is since ults are not actually that much more powerful than regular abilities, 60-70% ult cdr ends up not being that ridiculous. But if a short cd regular ability got huge cdr it could become ridiculous (would be hilarious on ap kog if he didn’t have such ridiculous mana costs).

Actually, because of he has a relatively long internal CD shared between all of his abilities, too much CDR becomes totally useless for him.

On some champions, like karthus, 60-70% ult CDR is absolutely ridiculous. You ever seen a Karthus with a 35 second ult cd (That's shorter than the banshees shield reset)? Try pushing against that when your carries are getting chunked 50%-2/3 of their HP every 35 seconds. You can't stay on the map long enough.

IMO, they should just change cloud dragon entirely, because as is, it's doing nothing for a number of champions, and, when a team gets multiple of them, it's totally broken on certain champions.

Udyr's internal CD scales down with normal CDR, so if you get 40% it's just going to be 1.2 seconds instead of 2. There's no way you're going to get Phoenix or Tiger stance CD down to that value, even with 4 Cloud Dragons.

Kog R has an internal CD of about 0.6-0.7 seconds because it can't handle more than one projectile simultaneously (in practice this means you can't fire a new R until after the previous has landed). So 70% ult CDR is entirely useless for a level 16+ Kog.

Unfortunately that’s true too. Not to mention he locks up entirely if he’s trying to use it to its max potential.

What if... they made both Tiger and Pheonix his "ultimates"?

Essentially Tiger/Pheonix activation counts as ult activation.

Also Cloud Soul sucks hard for me as a Yorick OTP. I don't have that kind of ult :/ The ult reduction nice tho.

Quinn doesn’t gain anything from cloud drake. Much less the cloud soul. Feels bad since I used to love the old passive MS
