Diana and Rylai's Interaction Questions

I just picked up Diana today and played a couple of games, I'm pretty terrible but I did alright, had fun and definitely want to play more of her. Rylai's seems like an excellent item on her - it makes her much harder to escape and hopefully stops her from being one-shot by carries.

But I was wandering how it interacts with her W (Pale Cascade) and her passive.

Does it proc on each of her W's comets, like Aurelion Sol? Does her third enhanced autoattack proc it?

I don't think that you should buy rylais for the slow, because you e already slows you target and if you want hp + ap, roa is probably the better choice early - midgame

Pale Cascade is a self-targeted ability that shields Diana and summons three spheres that will detonate on collision with an enemy. ◾Applies spell effects as an area of effect ability. ◾Hextech Revolver item.png Spell vamp is reduced to one-third effectiveness. ◾Will of the Ancients item.png Will of the Ancients will heal you for 5% of the raw damage dealt. ◾Rylai's Crystal Scepter item.png Rylai's Crystal Scepter will apply a 40% Slow icon slow for 1 second.

◾Magic damage will be mitigated by magic shields. ◾Banshee's Veil item.png Spell shields will block the damage of a single sphere's detonation. ◾This ability is considered to be a projectile for Unbreakable.png Unbreakable and Wind Wall.png Wind Wall.
