Afkers and Trolls- They can have their own queue

Just revise the queue types in every rank and unranked so if you troll or afk to a certain degree you get placed in a special queue type that only allows you 1/4 games to be a normal full team, every other 3/4 games are filled with afkers and trolls on both sides of the team. This way it separates others whom rarely afk or troll from those whom do this all the time. Even if this adds to more queue time it would punish those whom troll or have horrible connection/just afk on purpose to just play to game with the same kinds. If their activity begins to improve over the course of 4-20 games (based on severity of action) they can then be replaced into the normal queue without the trolls and afkers.
