Removal of those who ruin the game intentionally

Those who intentionally ruin the game for others need to be removed from ranked. It is terrible to have to deal with these people. It really demoralizes people and makes the game unenjoyable. You can see if a player is intentionally trolling through a series of games. Ragers (who i easily mute) are removed constantly, but people who troll and intentionally feed, build full ap olaf, etc, are not. Please make a little more effort to remove them.
