Bot Lane Tower Pushing & an Old Visual Bug That Was Never Cleaned Up

So as we all know Tristana can toss her bomb onto a tower, Hecarim can use his E on towers, and Diana can use her passive on towers. My question is why can't Vayne use her W passive on turrets and Quinn to use her passive on turrets. A couple of patches ago riot made it clear that they wanted split pushing to be more of a factor in league when they nerfed inhibitor turrets. So I think this change would actually help what Riot is pushing for. Also does it not make sense that Valor could find a weak spot on a turret to mark for Quinn and for Vayne to use her W on turrets?

About the visual bug when vayne or quinn uses a buffed auto attack and proceeds to aa a building the animation stays will be of the buffed aa. Nothing major just letting people know that it's there.

Notes: Valor will mark turrets before minions by champions before turrets (so quinn top can't rip through your turret as you are standing under it).

Vayne's %health true dmg will be converted into regular damage on turrets (because true dmg on turrets would be crazy).

I would like to see what others players would think of this and split pushing in general. Also a red comment would be nice.
