Kog Maw out life stealing all my Damage

So i was Syndra and the enemy team had Kog maw and he out life stealed my full combo including ult and powered through with auto attacks his Hp didn't even go down. How is that balanced or fair he killed me in under a second we were both full build and lvl 18 how is that fair.
