Riots Instant Feed Back system idea's to improve it and protect victims of bullying from it

Hi i all the two week ban on my account i just wanted to say that i don't agree with your systems in place. I believe its flawed and not a good way to see if one is truly toxic. I got banned for defending myself from people telling my i am garbage i suck and i should kill myself. Yet i the victim get in trouble with how your current system works it lets the toxic player's and nasty mean people who harass and bully others do as they please. when people like myself finally defend ourselves we get in trouble and they go unpunished. The few times i defended myself for once i get a two week ban not even a chat restriction or warning your system is unfair and unbalanced. I also it is a poor way to judge people and i don't expect a response i am just letting you know how the majority of your player base feels about your game. feel free to discuss this topic i welcome it and I want to know how others feel about the instant feed back system.

So here are some ideas i have.

  1. Make it necessary to leave comment as to why some one is binging reported so you have accurate account of what they did and why they got reported and make sure that the reported player see's why they got reported with the comment attached to it thus this may help maybe get that player to readjust their behavior.

  2. secondly permanently filter out all swear word's and phrases like kill your-self, You are Trash, you're trash, you suck, your bad, you're bad as examples.

  3. i recommend getting some one who knows a lot about social behavior as in a psychologist or sociologist to consult of the programing of your instant feed back system.

I do this for those us of who have been bullied into toxicity by the way some people treat other's in this community and i say in support of those us who felt they had no choice to but defend themselves from people telling you to kill your self and stuff as mentioned above. and i want people to speak up and help me and all who legit enjoy this game fight against the toxic and fight against the system which trolls can report you for no reason. and fight against cyber bullying.

I got banned for being toxic. Which isnt fair because they were being toxic first.

See the problem here? Your both equally at fault. Simply report and move on.

i wasn't binging i was asking my team for help i was trying to help my team but they kept saying don't listen to him he is trash he is garbage you should go kill your self irl and they called me feeder told the enemy to report me when all i was doing was trying to help and my team how is that toxic bad games happen. of course you won't perform well when you are bining threatend with reports and harassed the entire game. by your own team.

Seriously, I've had two 14-days bans until today, both due to verbally fighting with people who, in the first place, either harassed me or another teammate.

Despise I share your point of view (yes, mean people are not getting punished for the most; punishment is based more on factors proving that you were chatting instead of playing the game) my most friendly tip would be that you move on with that, and work on yourself, more than working on others. I'm sincere, I truely think that this would be better for you in the long run (it's just a guess tho, I might be wrong.)

These bans I had made me think twice about reacting to insults. Obviously, this saddens me that I am now forced to ignore bullies, despise I find this kind of attitude immature as fuck, and from another age. As an emotional and peaceful person, I have dreams of a better mankind and all, but I had to make myself a reason, not everybody wants this kind of world, and Internet is definitely the LAST place where you wanna try and reason/argue with people.

Sure, this doesn't make too much sense, that I got punished for asking people to stop harassing every single mistake in a ranked game, especially when most of these players will skip every step and jump directly to the "kill yourself you piece of shit, you are the worse fucking player and being i've ever met" kind of talk. This should get punished easilier, and this is definitely NOT the case at the moment. I'm entirely agreeing on that point.

On the otherside, if you work on yourself and learn to ignore these shitheads, or even better: get to the point where you dont really bother anymore, and take it easy, maybe even LAUGH at it gently ... If you learn this, you'll feel better overall for yourself, won't be scared anymore of meeting assholes in your game, and more than anything else: you'll be in a position where you can, directly or indirectly, show example and possibly inspire other people towards this way of dealing with bullying.

I understand the frustration behind getting punished when your very intention was to defend yourself ,or even someone else. But as it looks, there are serious chances that this never changes. So, better move on.

Wish you the best, and I'm sorry to hear about your story, especially as it reminds me of my own. This is the very reason why I share my experience with you, I'm still on the way of completely letting go of flame, I can still lose it sometimes (especially when the target is another person than me.) In the end I feel like I've travelled a long way to get to where I am today, and all I wish is that it goes as good for you !

1- riot wants user to fill out the report card, as it does help a case in the long run 2- Swearing has already been accepted on the NA as common wordage. In addition filtering words, will only result in users using different words that mean the same thing. 3-IFS was partly developed already with that in mind

My main problem with what you are saying is you think, you are "fight against cyber bullying". When has fighting violence with violence solved anything...... You became toxic by choice, in your defense it was a response to feeling bullied. However heres where things get difficult 1 toxic user is bad 2 is even worse So what you did was make a bad situation even worse

I'd like to point out that if you feel the system is flawed please post your chat logs. Yes we know they won't contain the bullying, but if you truly think the system is at fault your chat logs would have to be guilt free. Please add as much context to them as you see fit, but post them all the same

The logs posted if unedited appear to be clean, go ask for support by a rioter http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/redtracker then without a doubt get a rioters attention on the forums Tantram is good as are the other rioters

i am on talks with support still and i am just Waiting for a response. the other game where i went afk i told my team something bad had happen and i had to leave the match unexpectedly and i have had to leave because my cousin was rush to the hospital due brain anyourism. but it a was norms not a ranked.

That's not the full chat logs you were provided. You said you were banned for "defending yourself", yet nowhere in those logs were you doing anything of the sort.

And by the way, if you're going to cry over people calling you garbo, either don't be garbo or mute. Simple.

You can get reported for it, but not communicating verbally is not an offence

Open a support ticket, i can't see anything there that would warrant a punishment go ask riot tantram to review your case, as your logs are in my eyes clean

Best bet is to get a rioter to look at your case try to find the blue/green posters, as they can sometimes help out as well

i'd see hundreds of reports against me then and eventually would just be a toxic user against everyone

Telling me someone reported me for a reason, will tilt me and turn me into a toxic person

What i said above is untrue, but showing an example of why we don't tell people they've been reported
