Nasus and Veigar need to have their damage capped

Their Damage is infinite scaling veigar Can one shot anyone after after a certain point Nasus has natural scaling life steal and can get infinite stack's and with the new mastery system these champ are not balanced at all and are broken riot please make it so that people can have a chance late game against these champs not all of us our challenger tier and some of us struggle with their damage scaling in lower levels of play i am trying to get better at the game but these champs are simply too strong late game.
