How do we tell Ezreal players that their champ can auto attack?

Riot really needs to do something to stop players to think that their Q is a replacement for auto attacks. I know Ezreal doesnt have the highest attack range in the game, but there are ADC´s wich dont have a free in their kit and still manage to safely AA. Am I just a fool who doesnt understand the role anymore? Has playing champions like ![KogMaw](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.20.1/img/champion/KogMaw.png) and ![Twitch](https://ddragon.leagueoflegends.com/cdn/16.20.1/img/champion/Twitch.png) make me think that the automatic attacks are the thing wich every adc should do. No, no Im not and this is just a PSA in disguise telling players to use AA or just play him ap.

Yes I know that but most things improve when you get out of silver. People have slightly more map awareness. People dont build dmg despite being 0/8 with 60 farm min 13. People chase a Nidalee despite not having CC. You can impress people and get the Girl of your dream and your Fathers respect for getting Diamond. (Unconfirmed since most Diamond players are streaming all the time not allowing them to have social contacts) Alot of things improve. But I dont think saying "GET TO THE HIGH OF ELOS" is the answer to everything. Otherwise I could say that I don`t need to learn to position as a KogMaw because i think my team should peel for me, like they do in High Elos. If I did my KDA would be 0/3 everytime I leave lane cause I expect my Alistar to save me from flashing into the enemy Vayne inside her own minion wave.

do you want every Silver level Ezreal player to get a pop up message every time they pick him?

Also that assumption about Diamond players seems extremely unreliable and coming from complete thin air.

Getting to high elo is the answer to most of your low elo problems. Low elo players will stay low elo because they " dont auto attack on Ezreal "

These are only low elo problems. If you come to high elo, you won't have it anymore.

These are only low elo problems. If you come to high elo, you won't have it anymore.

That message idea sounds preety good. They should add that to his Legendary Skin.

Ezreal's passive is why they spit out so many shots. He gains Attack Speed every time he successfully lands a spell, stacking up to 5 times.

I'm not going to argue theory. The passive is why they do it. Whether or not they properly take advantage of it is another issue.

Ezreal gains 10 / 12 / 14% bonus attack speed for 6 seconds every time he hits his abilities, stacking up to 5 times.

Reading that would make me want to spam spells too. Learning how to take advantage of it would come later.

No you don't get it. If they can't auto attack, then they will never or rarely get minion kills. If you can call me a liar after that, then there is no helping you.

Dude, you can kill minions with his Q. That doesn't change the facts involved. Auto Attacking is a skill that many of us don't have very much of. But stacking 50% bonus attack speed sounds good to everybody, so they try to do that and they also try to maintain it.

You can be willfully ignorant if you want, it's a very simple concept.

Because it's attractive to an inexperienced Ez player. So they work on that, sometimes sacrificing pure AA's for a spell shot to maintain the passive. It's part of his "choice" trapping. You can also use his E to essentially launch a double/triple/quadruple shot at someone, but a lot of them haven't drawn that line yet.

Not everyone has the same experience as you. Speaking of getting over yourself, perhaps you should take your own advice.

You can't combat the facts I've presented because you know them to be truth. You probably went through the same process if you've ever played the champion.

You see, I do know how to read. What part of the original post are you failing to understand and why do you feel the need to try to rally against someone who can explain why it happens? It seems like you're the one who has a problem with the truth. There is nothing Strawman about reading skills and wanting to exploit them. These trappings exist in almost every champion on the Rift.

On a side note, I know a couple of Ezreal mains that will pick you apart with just their AA's. It took them a long time to learn that skill. It speaks volumes that you honestly believe that anyone who plays Ezreal is willfully trying to not use a basic part of every kit in the game.

i will use ezreal's AA often. i tried to create hybird builds that give me burst to eliminate squishies and also still give my AA some power. cause full ap your AA will get out dueled by the support if you miss your skillshots lol. with ad your spells will do almost no damage outside of Q cause everything has high ap sclaing. so i tried to fine a line between both. in which i did it just requires stacking 2 tear items which dont really happen unless the game goes 40+ mins.

he died before it hit. this jhin died to to my E gunblade W Q he was acually pretty much dead after E gunblade W thnderlords but Q finished him off. you see the AA hit him but it did no damage cause he was already dead. i know cause i made this gif lol. item 3078 item 3042 item 3020 item 3146 item 3003 Were the items i had.

Ezreal's Q applies on hit effects, so its literally just a skillshot auto attack that does more damage
They need to stack their tear of the goddess, something autos don't do.

Ezreal doesn't use abilities for his passive, he uses them because they're literally his damage.. the passive just lets him get 1 or 2 more autos inbetween his spamming. Its just a bonus rather than a calculated clutch life saver. At best all it does is help him siege objectives quicker.

Even though I am irresponsable enough to waste money on changing my summoner name.

I just have more IP than I know what to do with. I've already changed my name 6 times this past 2 months.

I have to change it soon cause I got level 7 with camille... I'm not longer ok even though I still feed mos- som- rarely of the time as her.

I own every champion + hextech rerolls basically mean free champs every time one comes out.

Since I own all the runes I could possibly need and pages, there is nothing for me to spend IP on besides the occasional 1500 IP summoner icon and there hasn't even been much of those lately.

Right now since I last changed my summoner name, I'm sitting on 11,973 IP. Camille was released december 12th, and I last changed it I believe 2-4 days after her release.

I'd say I average 6000 IP per week just playing.

The author is saying Q doesn't give you a right never to right click an enemy (auto). You won't be using his passive and won't be doing much damage. This is also directed at Ezreal adc's. I don't see why it is getting down voted. People down voting this is like saying Ashe should just W the entire game and never have a chance to use her Q.

when i play ashe steping into range to use your Q even on a support is often followed by death. i stopped playing adc an went with long range mage styles like ezreal because everytime i tried to AA i was instantly exhausted an flashed on and killed.
