Constantly Getting Chat-blocked
3 times in a row when I've entered the que and got chat-blocked, one time I didnt even try to enter anything, what's up with this?

This too has always peaked my interest when entering a lobby and I cannot call a lane or talk or anything...instantly chat blocked. Rito?
