Ranked Logic

So I recently finished my provisionals won 3, lost 7, I carried 2 wins and was carrying for half of the losses, but there was consistently 2 feeders on my team + toxic teammates. And even though I did fairly well especially with rude or feeding teammates and got 3 wins, I get put in bronze 5? I thought solo placement was supposed to be based on how you do not the fact your teams kept feeding. Not to mention my friend did worse than me in all of his games only won 3 as well and was placed in Bronze 1, I don't understand how that makes any sense whatsoever.
