May I have tips to defeat Heimerdinger?

As it says in the title, I need tips to defeat Heimerdinger.

I main Veigar. I used to be able to farm Heimer's turrets and eventually burst him with Veigar's old Ultimate. I can't do that anymore. I found myself overwhelmed by the power of his turrets and the flood of minions pouring into my tower. The turrets annihilated my minions so quickly that before I knew it my tower is taking my farm while Heimer harasses me from farm. It makes it difficult to have to destroy his turrets because I'm wasting mana on his turrets as well as farm AND harass. It feels as soon as one turret goes down another one comes up. Ganks help but our Shaco gave him first blood by ganking in the middle of all three turrets.

I need suggestions. Please and thanks.

Your job as a Vieger is to make it to the end game where you will scale much better than Heimer. Do your best to zone heimer away from his turrets and auto-attack them and kill them all the time. the turrets have a ridiculous cool-down timer. always stand behind your minions so he cannot rocket you. Do not play aggressive and give him any kills. Even if you lose your tower, you still will scale better late game than he will so do your best not to overextend and punish him late game in team fights.

I'll keep all this in mind. His comp was pretty good too.
