Promo Helper
Why is the cut off point Gold 1 for promo helper, a bit salty about it, but would like the reasoning behind it. I would understand that if it was diamond 1 + where the skill difference is much bigger, but why Gold 1.

Probably because Riot still wants to keep a challenge to actually climbing, and they don't want to have premature diamond players who should be in plat or high gold
