How to deal with Teammates who refuse to communicate?

So I once had this Camille Jungle on our team, I told her to gank my lane for some free kills, but she then proceeded to mute me, "omg stfu ur so annoying wtf". So then i just brushed it off and later she tried to steal a dragon with no smite. I pinged her to go away, as the warwick was super fed (Camille tried to invade and fed warwick) but she still tried to steal but died and warwick got a free kill + inferno. Then she started to flame, "wtf no help bot lane????" even though bot was pushed under tower. We lost that game, Camille made horrible decisions, muted whole team and ignored pings. I have encountered countless other examples, such as a support janna ignoring pings when she keeps on trying to ward enemy camps top side when adc getting slaughtered. sometimes i get exceptional teammates, but i am wondering how i can carry these guys in silver elo?

First of all. Identify the situation correctly. Camille did not refuse to communicate. She refused to comply with your demands. Then you said something aggravating with the hope of harassing her into compliance. Then she refused to talk to you further because you were being a dick.

Put aside the assumption: but I was smart and she was an idiot and idiot should listen to smart.

And then Reverse the situation into her point of view: dumb ass jangler trying to control your game and tell me to do all the wrong things whilst not ever being in the right place and doing the right thing. And to boot he keeps making wierd pings all over the map which just annoy me. The said dumb ass harasses me and flames me on chat.

here is how you deal: 1 if your previous suggestion is ignored, you do not repeat it with different wording and an increased level of flame / aggravation. the other guy is not going to be shamed / cowed into being your slave. This is your current behavior, the first thing you do is stop it. Not because of your rights or your trying to defend yourself, but because this behavior is useless and not getting you anything (well to be fair it's gotten you to post on the forum out of aggravation, maybe you like that). 2 Instead you focus on the details of the situation you want to talk about and use the chat. "They are fed, we can't risk a fight and lose 2 ppl to help you steal, give it up". The more specific you are, the more you distance the person who is reading the chat from you being an annoying prick, and allow them to focus on the situation and your advice. 3 Try to make good, PROACTIVE suggestions. Specifically Identify the win conditions of your team and try to use the chat to focus the team around those. This will focus the team on a new game plan. The problem with suggesting stuff like "dont feed" is, the guy on the receiving end of the comment still doesn't know what to do to win. So they will try to take risks in order to carry, despite the suggestion. "Mid and top are doing well, if we just stop bleeding in the jungle, they will carry the game, please focus on counter ganking rather than making more plays bot" is a much more useful comment because it gives the feeding jungler both a good idea on how to get the game won, and also a concrete, backed by evidence idea that he does not need to take risks.
