Master Yi is a brain dead champion

I always ban this champion in draft, but whenever I play normal, there happens to be some 38% winrate master yi shredding my team in a matter of seconds and saying "HURR DURR LOL EzZZ" This champion has no skillshots what so ever and his q autolocks him on his target. I know you can say that he is very vulnerable to cc, but his Q dodges everything and he can always catch up with you with his R. You can try to cc or stun him after his Q, but its always too late. He shreds you like paper before you can do anything. R+Q+E= ezzz penta SAVE THE ADC 2017!!!!
