Yea let's just change champs within the first minute aswell.
Runes have the potential to completely shut down certain champions, having the ability to change it first minute because you didn't know you were laning against him would be basically cheating.
I could see a reason for being able to switch between rune pages you have set up already, but set it like the refund thing, you can’t do it if you leave the base fountain.
Would be good for realizing you have the wrong runes and losing automatically.
