Suggestion for next patch

Can we remove all the champs who don't have a dash from the game? It's pointless because only people who don't know any better or people without RP/BE play with them and its always an automatic loss. On the one side, it's like "ooh gotta hold on to my 5 min CD flash; its more important than my ult!" On the other side, "my dashes have little or no cool down and are better than flash."
