Ban baiting? Did a human make this decision?

So, the other day I'm playing a ranked game. I'm top and I notice that enemy MF is 3/0 and about 2 minutes. I ask the bot lane if they want to switch about a minute later because the CS is something like 20-50 and our Rakan and Xayah are literally just standing under the tower as MF free farms and damages tower. The Xayah and Rakan say thing like "nope; we're good" and "everything is going according to plan," which immediately makes me worried they are trolling/inting. Eventually, top becomes a full 2 v 1 lane (no point in the enemy jungler paying attention to bot lane at this point) and I lose my tower. Less than a minute later, enemy MF takes bot tower. Xayah or Rakan then makes some sarcastic comment about how I lost the first tower. One of them says there is nothing they could do about the loss and sometimes it just happens and "it's just a game." I admittedly am annoyed at this point because I feel that there was something that could have been done, but for whatever reason (trolling, stubbornness, etc.), they chose not to switch lanes or change things up. At this point, I'm very annoyed at the responses (which, in retrospect, I think were calculated to troll me, but I didn't see it at that point), so in all caps, I address things they were saying (blaming me for losing first tower, the MF is too good, bad luck, lag, it's a team loss, etc.), and say that changing things earlier would have made a difference, that this is not a team loss, but their fault. They eventually (once again, very calculated) start to say "never give up" and "we can do it" all while spamming mastery emotes next to teammates that are dying and they could have helped. It goes back and forth with them blaming me for the loss and me blaming them (all the while, I am still trying my best, though I want to FF). Eventually, Xayah had a "decent" (doesn't seem like inting) score of 5/6, but it was after allowing MF to have double her CS, snowball other lanes, and have a massive gold lead (at around 8 mins, MF had more gold than our entire team). I now have a 14 day suspension. This is the only game in my chat log. Is this automated? Did an actual human watch this game and think this was warranted? Here is the log (keep in mind that it does not show the two trolls allowing enemy mf to farm and take towers, get free kills, spamming mastery emotes while allowing enemies to take objectives/kills, instigating/flaming of their own.

I'm also curious of what the community thinks about punishment given the chat log/situation (see poll below). I know that I probably shouldve muted and just played as if I had two intro bots on my team in the bot lane, but a certain level of chat/trying to coordinate/frustration has to be allowed. I did not use profanity, I wasn't even harassing them based on just bad plays--most of what I said was in response to what they were saying.
