Idea to improve ascension

I think the points to win should be reduced to 100 and the Relics should be removed. The way I perceive it ascension is trying to capture the feeling of a nonstop bloodbath with constant fighting. The issue is that every Ascension game I've played the winning team has used on of three strategies. Either run shaco, teemo, or someone else who can lock down the area around one of the relics take it whenever it comes up and just run away whenever the enemy team comes to get you. Play a really mobile champion and rush unprotected relics when the enemy team is somewhere else. or pick a long distance poke champion and interrupt enemies who are taking relics. All three play styles are super uninteractive but if you try to run a fight comp you basically guarantee you lose because you can't play the relic game as well. If you removed the relics from the game and maybe replaced them with a contestable small buff like infinite resource for 1 minute or 20% damage reduction it could be anything. If i want to play a game for the strategic aspects I alway can play SR but ascension should be a bloody murder spree and the relics end that fantasy.

I actually like the idea of capturing relics; also its like the concept of the game. Although i havent experienced that problems. I would emphazise some problems -Relics capture time is too long -Relic should have a pre-spawn animation (also in the minimap) -The map is a little small. (some spells feel like they have too much range) -The sand is a bit annoying. -Xerath gets angry so easily. -That moment when you accidentaly leave a relic a milisecond before being captured. -You dont have a safe place rather than the base (wich maybe is not a problem). -The ascencion process is too slow.

I really like this game mode anyway, more than the others.
