http://www.surrenderat20.net/p/current-pbe-balance-changes.html#balance

"Moving or attacking makes an attack Energized. Energized attacks grant Lifesteal and Movement Speed." "Lifesteal for energized attack: 1-50% and 30% movespeed for 0.75 seconds." Charge rate the same as SS, RFC, and KS - roughly 6-7 autos while moving for ADC to fully charge.

At every 6-7 autos, these procs are going to be very spaced apart, which leaves them vulnerable to a lot of random variation based on crit. If you're lucky, you crit for a massive infusion of health at a pivotal point in the fight. If you're not, you get a normal hit and recover significantly less health. The difference between whether that single auto crits or not could literally decide the outcome of a fight.

Please make this keystone recover a fixed amount based on your AD, possibly incorporating crit chance into the heal the way Ashe's autos work.

The thing though is that they have to balance this keystone around both range and melee offenders. They're trying to find a decent middle ground that won't break one and be useless to the other.

Just make it a fixed amount based off of level and maybe some missing HP thrown in. I see no reason why there should be two completely AD centred keystones while there's 0 completely AP centred keystones.
