When is Illaoi going to be removed/nerfed into the dirt?

Well I think anyone who has to play against an illaoi knows the pain of CTRL-4 spam when you get slapped up level 3 without even getting near her. Throws out E, slap away, watch enemy dodge for their life. The laning phase is awful against her and team fighting isnt an option, If you focus her the other carries will obliterate you if you don't your whole team gets clapped, if you cc her the other assassins who need to be cc'ed are free to run amuck and if you dont cc her well same outcome, GET CLAPPED 1v5 is the name pentakill is the game, out heals an olaf with 2.0 attack speed and bloodthirster whilest being ravaged by every other member yet can still heal, tank, and dish out more damage than a car bomb in a metropolitan area. So if this is what balanced is tell me about the counter play, you either focus her and all die or focus the squishies and all die.

Her weakness is grievious wounds, and kiting. You can abuse her in lane if she misses her e.

yorick: ghouls block e, can trap her with w
nasus: can fight you in Illaoi ult
Urgot: hit or miss, I have had success with it vs illaoi

I understand why u hate illaoi, but trust me when I say its because you don't know how to lane against her.

She is easily one of the most abuseable top laners if you know how to use the shortcomings of her kit.

being able to dodge her shit is #1 key to beating her, (it's extremely telegraphed so it's not too hard to kite her out) when she ults do not go near her because her ult will be useless then. honestly not a whole lot of advice I can give on playing against her because it's hard for me to put into words how to abuse her because I just kind of know how to do it.

but she's really weak when playing against someone who knows her shortcomings

try playing olaf into the matchup, he can abuse her easily

Just play Illaoi for a bit yourself. Once you get your ass kicked and figure out her short comings, she is pretty easy to lane against.
