Cant be helped but its somehow my fault anyway!?

Many people know the problem with Windows 10 anniversary edition restarting randomly and In a few games my PC has done so, but when I get back into game my team has lost almost all turrets or have fallen apart. I understand they would be mad but what can I do about it. Windows trouble shooter tried it Updated and Downgraded my drivers nothing Checked for overheating nope nothing I noticed its only happening after I turn my PC on after its been shut down but when its asleep and I wake it up its fine. Also I noticed my frames will go from 400-0 and freeze the whole computer. Is this an Isolated incident or are others experiencing this?
