Enough of "Git Gud"

I hear it all the time and I don't want to hear it in this thread the infamous meme of "git gud". I have good games and bad games, I'm sitting at a 51% winrate. When I get a average or decent team with an IQ of higher than 50 I enjoy the game and usually win, but when I get the "bad" players everything goes to shit. Every lane gets mad for one reason or another because of this 1 player, for example, get a Yi jg has absolutely no idea of what to do, ganks top lane at level 3 to a Jax under tower and dies of course, I however didn't say anything this time only gave a dissatisfied face Talon. Second gank Jax level 7 now and Yi 5 thinks he can out duel jax aka THE WEAPONS MASTER OF FUCKING ITHICA, and just feeds more now I'm behind in gold,cs, and xp. A tad bit fumed I said "will you stop" to which my team puts me on the afterburner to cook my ass up for being toxic, how do you deal with bad teamates and inform them they are bad in a "friendly" manner?

They don't listen anyway, no matter what you tell them and how. If I tried to count the open minded players with a visible intention to improve that I meet ingame I would say 1 in 100 games.

Everyone is so stubborn and no matter how obviously justified your advice or critique is... they don't care. If you are nice, you get ignored or they tell you to stfu. If you are not nice maybe a bit saracastic, because you are already repeating yourself, then they will call for reports and call you toxic. xD

At the end of the day it's almost never worth the effort to type. Not because chatting is bad but because this community is too stubborn and unconstructive.

Actually you dont tell them they are bad, they already know. All that will do is just add fuel to the flame.

If you insist on not having him help though, just say something along the lines of "no thanks (champ name), i got this. (Insert lane) looks like he/they could use some help, why not go there?"

I would just tell them that they need to focus farm and that ganking isn't helping much since they are behind and they are just being more of a burden than a help. That's usually what I do when we get a bad jungler. I end up under the same issues when I get adc's who are kill thirsty and they pick champs that have shit early game like Vayne and I try to calmly tell them that they just need to focus farm while I do my job and they expect me to save them when the go and do a bunch of stupid shit when I tell them 30 seconds before will not work until they get some gold under their belt. Then I get blamed "for not doing my job" and that I am purposuly letting my adc die because they arent doing what I want... [zombie-brand-facepalm] Yeah because thats really gonna help us win. Oh and god help me if I end up getting a kill under tower while then are running to the tower. Nothing gets low elo more pissed than a support getting a kill. ....God I can't wait to get out of this hell...

Lol you just don't inform them that they're bad. Why would you want to tell them they're bad? What's the goal there?
