I would start by not playing Zed jungle.
I don't want to be rude...
Iron IV is the lowest division of all. You are part of the 4,71% of iron players. And from that, only 0,24% of the 4,71% are Iron IV. (statistics comming from https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/fr/rankings/rank-distribution)
The major flaws that I see from low division people are those :
They'd rather kill champions and then go back to town instead of pushing objectives There is absolutely no coordination between teammates. Everyone is on their own instead of a team. This makes your assists very low. The complete absence (or almost) control wards and visions in the game. Average games last over 35 minutes, which shouldn't happen. That is too long Most of the time, a very questionnable build on champions. The almost absence of defensive items. Players are building purely offensive. Wrong build item path Abysmal low creep scoring and poor CS'ing Players either commit too much or is too scared to do anything. If you're too scared to die, you won't do anything. If you're too eager to kill someone, you'll suicide everytime Wasting summonner spells way too much. Wrong timing. General lower gameplay comprehension. You might not know what your ennemy does
And I can go on...
I envy you. I tried so hard to tank my main into Iron last season and failed. I want to play in Iron so bad.
At first: change your name. Someone who's name is Brony Gamer deserves to be in Iron 4

Make a custom game and play against intermediate bots until you regularly don't lose. Make sure your side is mostly beginner bots and no other players.
The best advice i can give you is to start checking out champions and learn what they do.
There are endless videos on youtube that explain the very basic game knowledge that, no offence, you do not have, regarding roles, champions, csing(farming), warding and so on and so forth.
Eventually you will find a champion you like and then master it. When you're done mastering it, pick a similar champion in the same role and master it. After mastering 3-4 champions in your main role, pick an offrole and start mastering it too.
For startes stick to 2 roles and 2 champions per role and expand from there.
