Is Urgot going to get any love after his rework?

I dont get it, riot! You reworked the man (machine?) and made him a good, fun juggernaut, but the most you've done with him since is gave him chromas on his (arguably) worst skin. Not only that, but the nerfs to frozen mallet and aftershock hit him hard, alongside him not being able to build sterak's gage anymore, hes rather difficult for newer people to pick up not, and his declining winrate is showing that. Not only that, but he hasnt had a skin since 2012.

Below are a few suggestions for buffs and improvements to his kit and some skin ideas, courtesy of myself and the r/urgotmains discord channel

Buffs: Make his W deal more damage if he builds attack speed. Not only would this encourage different builds, but maybe then PTA could actually be viable on him.

Make his e slow enemies for 10% after they go over his shoulder. This would balance the frozen mallet nerf and make it a viable build path on Urgot again.

Allow him to build melee only items. He benefits from all of them greatly and it wouldn't even be broken. If you guys would do that, you could even lower his base stats a little

Now, don't get me wrong, I love Urgot and in general, hes still good for those who have been playing him for a while, but new people trying to pick him up have had a rough time. The big thing we want is him to be able to build Sterak's gage again. pls rito
