i know vlad is one but what about the others i feel like the thing is for top lane is just take a tank and gg i think everyone is just playing tanks top lane and i dont know if kennen would be able to go top atm tbh but what are the best top laners atm ?

are the top three with play rates over 10%. As far as tanks go, you don't see a tank in the top ten winrates at all - earliest is actually Sion at 13.
Statistically speaking Tanks aren't even doing that much.
Gangplank, Riven, and Camille are all overperforming right now. Kennen's doing pretty decently too.
Good question. Because of how people complain on these forums, it sounds like the top lane meta changes every couple of days.
Range are op. Juggernats are op. Tanks are op. No one can agree on this shit.

Easiest to play, currently very strong can be played aggressive post 6.
Sorta unique to play, has the best 1vX out play potential.
Lane Bully, resource-less so you can spam skills, pretty abusive after 1 item like Frozen Mallet.
Hard to play correctly, extremely powerful and can snowball quite hard. High risk high reward if you are behind you suck.
Great late game, solid split pusher / diver
Pretty much like playing ADC top, but better. If you enjoy Vayne top you will enjoy this.
Troll as fuck, great vs new players not much a of a team fighters, but you can dominate games by distraction.
Tanky Slayer, good vs Carries early and Tanks late. Pretty much the king of top lane 1v1, gets camped a lot.
