Conspiracy part 2: Dynamic queue is part to riot's plan to attract new and younger players and ignoring the older ones

We all know that Riot's plan is to turn league into a sport, that can be played for generation. But can you imagine what would happen 50 years from now if league was to gain recognition become like one of the most popular sports like soccer/baseball/basketball?

The sport will be composed of a bunch of old guys hunched over playing LCS. For any sports, there is a certain age where a person can no longer perform like their youthful selves, and is forced to retire. League will be a the only one where players continuously rack up skill and experience from playing the game and never loose their ability to do so as they grow older. The problem with this is that not a lot of people would tune and watch a battle fought between old men. Kids won't be able to find a cool hero to look up to, people won't see the game as a sport if this happens.

Obviously, Riot doesn't want this, they can't let this happen. They plan is to continuously remove the older generation from the game and attract the younger ones. This is why they no longer favor solo queue. To be good in dynamic queue, and in the "ideal" world Riot envisions, a person must work well in a team, so they must practice in a team game. However, as people grow up they have more and more responsibilities and it gets harder to get together with a group of friends to play and practice league of legends. The game will mostly be played and won more easily by kids in their team of friends communicating, and with the popularity of the game as a "sport", this will cause a large amount of people without a group to still play the game solo. However, solo players will be at a disadvantage and is discouraged from playing for rank and only playing for fun. This way, Riot can avoid to some extent the effect of people accumulating skill and experience and become good at the game at an old age.

TLDR: Dynamic queue is a system that only let solo players play for fun, while playing competitively requires working in a group. This is more in line with riot's plan to make the game into a sport. They plan on attracting younger and newer players while at the same time, disregarding the older ones.
